My mission has changed from year to year, and will continue to do so, but some of the core beliefs are the same.
I want to share my unique vision of the world with others, maybe make them think a little when shown something that they aren't used to seeing, as well as make art accessible to everyone to enjoy and to get rid of the mysticism
My mission has changed from year to year, and will continue to do so, but some of the core beliefs are the same.
I want to share my unique vision of the world with others, maybe make them think a little when shown something that they aren't used to seeing, as well as make art accessible to everyone to enjoy and to get rid of the mysticism surrounding art.
Think of this as one gal's online gallery that you don't have to schedule a time, get dressed up, or even leave your house to enjoy.
As my collection continues to grow, my hope is that it will bring joy into the lives of the viewers in a similar way that creating the pieces gave me joy to create.

Keara (Kay) Leigh Carpenter was born in the middle of Missouri and grew up in the small town of Eldon, 20 miles or so outside Lake of the Ozarks.
Being of Cherokee and Italian heritage, she was taught from a young age not only a great appreciation for nature but also the importance of including others into our lives.
Nature has inspired her work from a young age, and even though she has leaned more towards dark fantasy here lately, these creations have been given a grounding in the natural world.
Her abstract works convey a sense of both tranquility and chaos that she's still experimenting with.
She continues her self taught ways to this day, gaining skills to make the second issue of the comic she's doing the art of, Raw: Disco Inferno, better than ever.
Her pet leopard gecko Scar is very cute and the best dragon model.
New to the art blog and art gallery scene, these both will be expanding as the year continues, so stay tuned!
